Twelve usual suspects, each with their own bounty and list of charges. Click through for what we know about each one.

Raccoon wanted poster

Raccoon

The most common attic invader. Strong, dexterous, and capable of tearing right through a soffit. Mothers den with kits in spring — we use one-way doors after the kits can travel, then seal to roof spec.

Squirrel wanted poster

Squirrel

Daytime scratching in the attic? Likely a squirrel. They chew wiring (real fire risk), nest in insulation, and exploit gable vents.

Bat wanted poster

Bat

Federally and state-protected — eviction is timing-sensitive (no exclusion during maternity season). We use one-way devices once pups can fly.

Opossum wanted poster

Opossum

Hides under porches, decks and crawlspaces. Generally non-aggressive but can die in inaccessible spots — the smell follows.

Skunk wanted poster

Skunk

Dens under sheds, decks, and concrete slabs. Removal requires patience — startle one and you'll regret it for weeks.

Snake wanted poster

Snake

Most snakes you'll see are non-venomous — and the ones that aren't, our techs identify on sight. Hand-removed and relocated.

Bird wanted poster

Birds

Vent nests and chimney intrusions are seasonal but persistent. Sparrows, starlings, swifts and pigeons — humanely cleared and excluded.

Mole wanted poster

Mole

Tunnels under your lawn, mounded soil, dying turf in lines. Humane scissor traps + grub-population control is the fix.

Groundhog wanted poster

Groundhog

Burrows under sheds, foundations and decks. Can undermine concrete pads and demolish a vegetable garden in a week.

Rat wanted poster

Rat

Wall-voids, attics, basements. Rat work is exclusion work — they only need a half-inch gap. Trap, sanitize, seal.

House mouse wanted poster

House Mouse

Will exploit a 1/4-inch gap. Found nesting in pantries, garage corners and engine bays. Most homes clear inside two weeks.

Armadillo wanted poster

Armadillo

Pock-marked lawns and garden divots. They dig for grubs at night and den in burrows under porches. Trapped, relocated, fixed.
