Is the inspection actually free?

Yes. A licensed tech comes out, walks the property, identifies the species and entry points, and gives you a written estimate — at no charge.

How fast can you come out?

Most inspections are scheduled within five business days. True emergencies — bats in living spaces, dead-animal smell, an active raccoon in your home — get same-day or next-day priority.

Do you use poisons?

No. Poisoned wildlife often dies inside walls, creating worse problems than the original infestation. We use live trapping, one-way exclusion devices, and hand removal.

What if they come back?

Every exclusion job carries a written warranty. If wildlife re-enters through a sealed point during the warranty period, we come back and re-do it — no extra invoice.

Will my homeowner's insurance cover this?

Sometimes — particularly for damage from bats, raccoons, or attic remediation. We document everything in writing and with photos, so you have what you need to file a claim.
